Hi.

Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures in travel, style, and food. Hope you have a nice stay!

Airport style tips: LAX

Airport style tips: LAX

I've had a lot of amazing opportunities over the past couple of months, and I've been working extremely hard, but now it's time for some fun (and more work) in the sun. The FIRST stop I will make in California will be the beach! Because I've had a couple of people ask me lately, here are a couple of my quick tips for airport style.

Keep it simple

One of my musts for airport attire, like probably everyone else, is comfortability. I like to still be rather presentable if the flight is short. You definitely don't want to overdress to sacrifice comfort (unless you're on a business trip). When in doubt just throw on a crew neck, or another basic essentials.

Sneakers are your friend

Sneakers are a no-brainer, because they look refined and stylish, yet are easy to slip into and maneuver in your many airport endeavors. I am a big fan of Adidas Stan Smiths, but can pick any of your favorite brands.

Jeans

Jeans make a great fit for the airport! They're easy and always look great. Go for a black pair for a more streamline look.

Don't be too relaxed

I personally only think sweatpants are only acceptable for the airport if your flight is extremely long, or if you have some type of statement piece to elevate the look a bit (statement bag, jacket, etc). You want to make an effort but not look like you did!

Have a great weekend!
